After a recent layoff from my corporate job, I took a hard look at my life – my passions. And while there are several things that fuel my fire (we’ll touch on the rest later), one main passion is and always has been Fashion. Yes, I capitalized “Fashion” on purpose. Because for me, Fashion is a proper noun. I’m not artistic in the conventional sense. Seriously. I can’t even draw a stick figure. And you’ll always and immediately regret asking me to sing a song. But OH MY GOODNESS, I love me some Fashion. I love shopping for clothes and accessories, putting together outfits, judging (sorry….offering my opinion to) others on their outfit choices, and giving friends, family, and even strangers my fashion advice and the “I love this and got it from….”.

I also love writing. When I was younger, I wanted to either be an English teacher or a writer. I believe in proper spelling and grammar. If you ever catch me using the incorrect “there”, “their” or “they’re” you have permission to correct me.

So here I am, going out of my comfort zone but feeling so inspired by my two passions and hoping I can bring some value and smiles to all. I hope you stick with me and this blog as it evolves. I’ll be focusing on anything style related; my own fashion and beauty style, outfits, trends and celebrity fashion.
