Hi Gals!

I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer. It’s a hot one today here in sunny southern California at a sizzling 90 degrees.

This summer, I’ve enjoyed lots of pool and beach time and am quite happy with the number of good books I’ve read along with the tan I’ve achieved.

As I’ve aged, my affinity for one piece bathing suits has grown. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still rock a two piece every once in a while but I just feel more secure and confident in a one piece. And I’m just going to say it – there are some sexy one piece suits out there. I have a few favorites from Lspace and a new one I got this summer from Berlook, an affordable and eco-friendly swimwear company.

Oh, and I can’t forget to share the two most important accessories for my poolside activities are my Stanley water bottle and Wyeth straw hat. The two most important beauty tips to age gracefully is protect your face from the sun and hydrate from within.
